CLASS DESCRIPTION
Take your game to the next level with DaShaun’s focused athlete training sessions, designed to improve speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. Saturdays | 12 PM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 2 PM – Youth athletes, ages 8–12 Sundays | 12 PM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 2 PM – High school and college athletes, ages 13+ $20 per session Class size is limited to 10 athletes per session. Parental consent required for participants under 18. Classes start June 14
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Athlete Skills, Drills & Conditioning Program To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling, the following policies apply to all athlete training sessions: Booking Policy -All participants must book their spot in advance through our online booking system. -Class size is limited to 10 athletes per session—no walk-ins will be accepted. -Parental consent is required for all athletes under 18 at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or class credit. - No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you train at your best!
