Check out below what you can do to stop the spread!

Thank you for all your help and support during this unknown time.

The purpose of this action plan is to put the necessary precautions in place to prevent and or limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. As we get the green light from local and state government officials, we'll notify you of the reopening date & club hours along with the new standard fitness & safety precautions.

The safety of our community has always been our top priority, and we are even more focused on it now. To set the tone for our industry, we have made changes to how we operate— All designed to keep our members and staff safe. These guidelines have been recommended and backed by the CDC, OSHA, IHRSA and Maryland Attorney Generals Office.

COVID-19 Prevention & Precautions

  • Deep Cleaning Process: Staff will use a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19, and all common areas including doorknobs, bathrooms, etc. will regularly cleaned throughout the day, with attention to weights, bars, cardio equipment, and all high touched surfaced areas.

    • Daily from 1-2 pm and upon closing of the facility we deep clean all high touch surfaces and fog the entire facility with a medical grade cleaning solution proven to kill viruses like Coronavirus.

    • We will be staffing an extra 2 employees daily to be cleaning during all operational times.

    • We will be limiting hours of operation to allow for further cleaning and sanitation before and after operational hours.

    • We will be removing: yoga mats, stretching mats, foam rollers, and high touch surface equipment.

  • Staff & Member health check: The state of Maryland has mandated that every staff member, instructor, personal trainer & member will have their temperature checked prior to entry of the building

    • We will be requiring that all staff to be wearing a face mask for the health and safety of our members

  • Social Distancing Practices: Please help us practice social distancing by following floor markers placed in lobby areas, locker rooms, bathrooms and group fitness studios. As much as we want to show our gym fam some love we need to remain mindful of not congregating in large groups, limiting our person to person contact including hugs & high fives while in the facility. (Implementation Date: Immediately Upon Reopening)

    • Congregating of any sort throughout the club will be prohibited including up to: bathrooms/locker rooms, smoothie bar, group fitness classes, etc.

  • Sanitizing Stations: We will continue to provide sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer stations throughout the gym.

  • Member Responsibilities: If you have a cough, fever or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the facility until you are symptom or fever free for three days. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come in close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to our facility for 14 days or until you have tested negative for COVID-19.

    • Wash hands frequently

    • Use of face covering while entering, working out and exiting club

    • Wipe down all equipment before and after use
